Dessert

The dessert menu includes everything from classic desserts such as chocolate mousse cake and blue ribbon apple pie, to burnt pineapple cream or vanilla dusted donuts with crème fraiche ice cream. Pastry Chef Ryan Witcher loves to work with different flavor combinations, such as basil and wild strawberries, and always interjects his creativity by putting a twist on everyone's old favorites.
