G&D Salmon Flatbread

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

2 whole wheat flat breads (or naan or pita)

5 oz G&D smoked salmon

1 oz ceme fraiche or sour cream

chopped chives

juice of 1 lemon

wild arugula

olive oil

METHOD

Mix the crème fraiche with the chopped chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

When ready, grill the flat bread till slightly crispy.

Top with the smoked salmon.

Drizzle the chive crème fraiche on top.

Toss the arugula with the extra virgin olive oil and lay on top.

Finish with freshly cracked pepper.
