Amir Vahdani is the general manager of ART Restaurant and Lounge, providing thoughtful service to your dining experience. Whether you have a question about one of the 160 wines from the Wine Wall, wish to set up a customized dinner in the Private Dining Room or want to know more about what’s new on the menu at ART, guests can always count on Vahdani’s welcoming smile and warm and gracious manner.

No stranger to opening new restaurants, Vahdani brings over 25 years of food and beverage experience, most recently spearheading the opening of YEW Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver where he was the manager and wine director. At Yew, Vahdani helped create the concept of one of the most successful restaurants in the Four Seasons brand. Vahdani’s long history with Four Seasons includes manager at Chartwell’s Restaurant at Four Seasons Vancouver. Prior to that, his experience includes opening and running several popular restaurants in Vancouver.

Vahdani also holds a Wine and Spirit Educational Trust Certificate (WSET), the foremost international body in the field of wines and spirits education.
