ART provides exquisite views of Elliott Bay through floor to ceiling windows from: the main dining room, the perfect spot for a business lunch or dinner with friends; ART Lounge, the city’s hottest spot for happy hour and inventive cocktails; the Private Dining Room, an intimate dining experience and The Communal Table, a 13 foot Douglas Fir table set in front of the 12-foot wine wall.
The chefs at ART Restaurant are committed to a Market-to-Table philosophy. We have nurtured relationships with our region's finest farmers, foragers and our neighbors, the vendors of Pike Place Market. Dishes are inspired by the highest quality, market-driven ingredients of the Pacific Northwest and served in a welcoming and lively atmosphere. Behind the Counter, a 10-foot Douglas Fir table plays host to "More Cheese Please," a daily buffet featuring local, national and imported cheeses. The cheese table is complemented by an array of Antipaso selections including artisan olives, cured meats and grilled vegetables. ART is proud to partner with local creameries, featuring flaghip and reserve cheeses made easily available on the cheese table. Featured creameries have included Beecher's Handmade Cheese, Mt. Townsend Creamery and currently, Willapa Hills Farmstead Cheese.
The wine program at ART restaurant and lounge showcases the best local products available while also searching for international wines that possess the same kind of quality and value that our chef demands from the kitchen. We look for wines that have more than just a well known label, thus our wine list features many small producers, obscure grapes, and interesting blends, as well as a broad selection of Washington Wines.

ART's Private Dining Room seats up to 16 comfortably and features wood and glass pocket doors. Black and white photographs of the 16 Pacific Northwest artists featured in the Four Seasons collection, taken by photographer Mary Randlett, grace the walls in the Private Dining Room. These artists’ work is displayed throughout the hotel. The Private Dining Room is considered a unique part of the restaurant and provides a light and airy quality while exhibiting an intimacy and connection with the main dining room. Guests are also able to fully customize their dinner experience.

With a setting as thoughtfully designed as a work of art, the restaurant's interior is a highly detailed sculpture featuring woods native to the Pacific Northwest. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Continuing with the Pacific Northwest elements found in the lobby and other parts of the hotel, the restaurant utilizes woods native to the Pacific Northwest including American Chestnut and Ice Birch. The maitre d’ desk is a 300-year-old tree trunk made of Cedar.
